Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. M-F are generally shipped the same day. Please allow 7-14 business days from the time that your order is placed for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless noted otherwise by our carriers.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur that are outside of our control. In the event we receive communications from any of our carriers of possible performance issues we will do our best to inform you of this as well.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email to the address entered when order was placed once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Please note: There are no returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.
Mai Tai’s stands behind the integrity and quality of our products. However, we understand that things happen that are outside of our control. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product, we want to perform every possible action to remedy your situation. You can request a full refund for any product within the first 30-days of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Refunds are granted as a store credit or refund using the original payment method (unless restricted by the provider).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once verified you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) # from our customer care center. This RMA# MUST BE INCLUDED on the return packaging in the ATTN: section of your postage. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number.
Please do not send your purchase back prior to contacting us. Please contact us at: email@example.com and include in subject: Product Refund – if you are seeking a refund or Product Exchange if you would like to exchange your product, OR Account Credit if you are an account holder. Include full contact details to ensure there is no delay in processing your request.
You may be able to expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. In order to expedite the exchange, please place the new order, and send the new invoice number to the customer care associate assigned to your original claim. The new order will be at your cost and once the unwanted item(s) has returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s). Please check with your customer care associate before placing your new order.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and are a subscription account holder or advanced level reward member, we will include the amount of your original shipping cost in your total refund amount as part of our customer loyalty perks system.
Once we receive your return and it has gone through inspection, we will ship your exchange product within 48 hours of our receipt of the return package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We strongly recommend you purchase insurance for your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded and international shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
We will not accept any returns where:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that does not contain the RMA# retrieved from a Mai Tai’s Customer Care Associates
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- Any items marked as Final Sale
- Gift Cards
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
LATE OR MISSING PAYMENTS
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow-up with your banking institution or credit card company to determine the status of the refund. Some institutions could require 7-14 days processing times.
Once you have validated that the refund is not pending, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or any method provided on our contact page.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Gift cards are exempt from our return policy and as such are non-refundable.
Mai Tai’s, LLC reserves the right to amend this policy at any time based on varying circumstance. Though we will make every effort to notify our customers of this change we do not take the responsibility of consumer negligence to read our given policy prior to purchase.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product including a photo of the package in its condition upon delivery.
TERMS OF SALE FOR CBD PRODUCTS
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products. If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based upon your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
